I went with Eq10 because it has natural ingredients, and I’m glad I did. I’ve tried a few CoQ10 products over the years, but this one seems to agree with me the best.
The last one I used made my stomach upset, but I haven’t had that problem with Eq10. It’s easy to swallow, doesn’t bother my stomach, and the ingredients look good and natural to me.

Purchased this because we’re now on statins and wanted proper support. The ingredients durability and strength. All seem fine. There have been no affects on mine or My Husband ‘s stomach. We are both comfortable taking it. And the strength to seems perfectly fine. Please do your own research before deciding if this is right for you.
Showed it to my doc before ordering. He said it looks solid. If he says take it, I take it. Feel good on it. Used to be done by 3pm. Now I'm mowing the lawn at 5.
My doctor told me to take all four when I started the statin. I Googled the rest of it myself-made sense. I don't mess around with supplements anymore, either it does something or I drop it. This covers everything in one bottle. I'm not dragging by 3pm like I used to. At my age, if something makes the day easier, it stays.
You should not be taking a statin without this supplement. And eq10 is the only company that sends its products to an outside lab to assure that what it says is in there is in there. so this one earned a permanent spot in my routine. also very easy to swallow.

First thing I noticed was the safety seal. always check that. Bottles are easy to open too, which matters more these days. Softgels aren’t huge and go down without a fight. No complaints from me.

Been on atorvastatin for a 2 years and the brain fog started creeping in. Brought it up twice and both times it got brushed off as “probably nocebo”all I know is the mental haze isn’t hanging over me the same way lately. If you’ve felt that fog… you know how big that is.

Mornings were the hardest. Id hear her feet hit the floor and then silence while she sat there letting the stiffness pass. Some nights her calves would knot up so bad it woke us both.

I have a really strong allergic reaction to soy. It is sometimes hard to find vitamins without soy. I have been pleased with this product and will order more in the future.
I purchased this supplement to minimize the effects of another medication. I ordered it and it came as I expected it to. I do take it on the advice of my doctor and would recommend that anyone talk to their doctor for their guidance. It doesn't have side effects and I will continue to take it s long as my doctor recommends it.
